Stockley’s Drug Interactions update with new and revised monographs.

For this update, several sections have been completely re-validated and updated, including those on abiraterone, the cannabinoids, and methotrexate. New drugs that have been added include lorcaserin, pimavanserin, pitolisant, telotristat ethyl, and tezacaftor. This update contains 42 new monographs, and 149 existing monographs have been updated.

Stockley’s Drug Interactions update with new and revised monographs.

For this update, new classification tables of inhibitors and substrates of the drug transporter proteins BCRP, MATE, OAT, OATP, and OCT, based on clinical pharmacokinetic data have been added, along with a new table of drugs that lower the seizure threshold. Several sections have been completely re-validated and updated, including those on HCV drugs and the HIV-protease inhibitors.  This update contains 39 new monographs, and 692 existing monographs have been updated.
